SIETE may update, modify, edit, and supplement SIETE's General Terms and Conditions at any time. The player shall be deemed to have accepted the modifications simply by logging back into SIETE and clicking the respective button.

1. General introduction, definitions, and stipulations

1.1 An "Account Holder," "User," or "Customer" is a person who has a contractual relationship with SIETE by creating a SIETE account on the website.

1.2 A "SIETE Account" is an account maintained by an Account Holder. This Account shall be used in good faith and for the sole purpose of establishing a standard business relationship with SIETE for the purpose of placing bets and other gambling transactions.

1.5 The "Services" are the gaming and betting offerings provided by SIETE to the Account Holder through the Website.

1.6 A "Card" refers to all types of cards with a "payment," "charge," "debit," "credit," "virtual," and/or similar function.

1.7 A "Payment Solution Provider" or "Payment Platform" is an intermediary that acts as a payment agent for several different payment methods.

1.8 A "Financial Institution" is a bank or any other financial institution specially regulated by law.

1.9 "Force majeure" refers to any event beyond the reasonable control of an average person, resulting in the non-fulfillment, partial fulfillment, or delayed fulfillment of the contractual obligation of the affected party. 1.12 A "Prize" is an amount, bonus, or reward that can be won by the Account Holder.

1.13 An "Inactive Account" is a SIETE Account that has not logged in and/or logged out for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

1.14 All trademarks, service marks, and trade names, as well as images, graphics, text, concepts, or methodologies (collectively, the "Intellectual Assets") found on the Website, the Customer Application, and the material contained therein are the exclusive property of SIETE and/or SIETE's suppliers and partners. The Account Holder has no right to exploit or use any Intellectual Property for any purpose, except as permitted by law.

2. Account Rules

2.1. Creation of a SIETE betting account

2.1.1. A person may not participate in a game for money unless they are an account holder.

In order for a person to register as a player, they must do so in person by submitting a registration application, in which they must provide the following information:

A. Date of birth. A valid identification document (either an identity card, passport, or driver's license) must be provided to prove that the player is over 18 (eighteen) years of age or the applicable legal age of majority according to their jurisdiction of residence;

B. Not using the services provided by SIETE from the following jurisdictions: Afghanistan, Australia, Denmark, Estonia, Ethiopia, France and other French territories, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, North Korea, Pakistan, Philippines, Spain, Syria, Turkey, United States of America and other US territories, or Yemen.

SIETE reserves the right to apply specific exclusions for Casino and Live Casino.

SIETE reserves the right to block access to SIETE to Users who play from these jurisdictions.

SIETE reserves the right to pay winnings to residents of the aforementioned countries;

C. Not be a professional player in any sport, competition, or league where SIETE offers betting;

D. Not be legally incapacitated;

E. Not be acting on behalf of another person;

F. Not be a compulsive gambler or be included (either voluntarily or involuntarily) in any register or database of excluded players;

G. Not deposit money from criminal and/or illegal activities;

H. Not deposit money using a Card that the Account Holder is not authorized to use, nor use a Card in a jurisdiction where betting and gaming are prohibited;

I. Not to engage in criminal activities in which a SIETE account is directly or indirectly involved;

J. Not to use the Services provided by SIETE if they are considered illegal in your country of residence. Nor should you use them if opening an account, purchasing, using, or participating in them is restricted in any other way. The account holder accepts responsibility for using the SIETE website and services when they are not permitted under their jurisdiction;

K. Agree with the content published on SIETE. The user expressly declares that they do not find the website or the services provided on it offensive, objectionable, unfair, or indecent; and

L. To keep their SIETE account details up to date in terms of the following: first and last name, country of residence, valid email address, and phone number.

2.1.4. Anyone requesting a SIETE account acknowledges and agrees to:

A. All definitions and stipulations set forth in the SIETE Terms and Conditions;

B. The SIETE Terms and Conditions as currently published on the website, as well as any possible future changes to the SIETE Terms and Conditions;

C. That the Agreement is governed by: (i) the SIETE Terms and Conditions published in Spanish; (ii) any regulatory provisions or other decisions made periodically by the Governing Authorities; and (iii) the Applicable Law of the Place of the Agreement

3. Rules for accepting bets on sporting events.

3.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any bonus, offer, promotion, or prize if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player has used a fraudulent mechanism. In this case, the Organizer may freeze the account of the User or Users involved, refunding any funds, if applicable, after deducting all associated costs.

3.2. Fixed games

If the Organizer has reasonable grounds to suspect that a game has been fixed, it may withhold the winnings obtained in that game and refund any payments already made, after deducting all associated costs. SIETE may base its suspicions on all data, characteristics, and amounts of deposits and withdrawals made through any available method.

4. Betting rules

4.1. SIETE accepts bets on the outcome of sporting and other events with a deliberately unknown outcome.

4.2. Each time someone uses the services available on SIETE, regardless of whether they do so via the Internet or the App, they declare their agreement with SIETE's Terms and Conditions.

Each time someone opens an account, uses an existing one, places a bet, participates in a game, or claims a prize, they confirm that they agree to the current version of SIETE's General Terms and Conditions and undertake to act in accordance with those rules.

4.3. SIETE reserves the right to make any changes to the SIETE General Terms and Conditions, which shall be deemed accepted by the user simply by logging back into SIETE and clicking the respective button. Users shall be deemed to have been notified by the corresponding generic announcements. Any bet placed prior to the modification of the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Terms published at the time of said bet.

4.4. SIETE reserves the right not to provide its services to any person without disclosing the reasons.

5. Site usage policy

5.1. SIETE shall not be liable for any losses or damages claimed as a result of the normal use of this site. Likewise, it shall not be liable for the use or misuse of the site's content by any person.

SIETE shall in no event be liable for delays, failures, errors, or omissions on the website or in the application, nor for the inability to access or use the site.

5.2. Uploading photos and videos from the website or its sub-sites is permitted for private use only. The publication, transmission, or reproduction of this data for any other purpose is strictly prohibited.

5.3. SIETE actively monitors traffic on its website and reserves the right to block access in case of suspected automated betting (bots).

7.2.1 Cancel any bet that has been accepted when the account did not have sufficient funds to cover it.

7.2.2. If an account does not have sufficient funds because the payment processor has canceled a deposit, SEVEN reserves the right to retroactively cancel any accepted bets.

7.2.3. Void all bets placed by any person or group of persons acting with the intent to defraud the operator.

7.2.3. Cancel bets from customers who bet on events in which they are involved in any way, whether as participants, referees, coaches, or other related roles.

7.2.4. Withhold payments and void bets when there are reasonable grounds to suspect match fixing or a breach of the integrity of the event.

8. Betting Conditions

8.1. Once a bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the user, except through the Cash Out option, when available.

8.2. Parlay bets, in which two or more selections may influence each other, are not accepted.

8.3. If such a bet is accepted in error, it will be canceled subsequently, even if the result has already been determined.

8.4. In such cases, the entire bet will be void, even if part of the selections are valid.

8.5. When it is considered that a bet was placed after the result of an event was known or after a material advantage had been gained by the participant or team selected, SIETE reserves the right to void it, regardless of whether it is a winner or a loser.

8.6. Bets will be accepted until the published start time of the event.

8.7. If a bet is accepted in error after the start of the event (except for live bets), the event or bet will be treated as void (non-runner).

8.8. Regardless of the odds format selected by the user (decimal, fractional, or other), all bets will be settled using decimal odds.

8.9. Multiple bets combining different selections within the same event are not accepted, except in the case of the Bet Builder feature.

If an event is canceled, all related bets will be automatically voided and the funds refunded.

If an event is abandoned due to injury, weather conditions, or other causes, all bets already settled up to the time of abandonment will remain valid.

SIETE assumes no responsibility for typographical, human, or obvious errors in the odds. In such cases, all bets will be considered void.

Although reasonable efforts are made to ensure that the information displayed in live betting is accurate, there may be situations where such information is incorrect.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to verify the accuracy of the information before placing a bet.

9. Settlement of Winnings

9.1. Winnings will be credited to the user's account once the final and official result of the event has been confirmed.

9.2. An event will be considered valid, even if it has not been completed, provided that at least the following time has elapsed:

Soccer: 60 minutes
NBA Basketball: 40 minutes
European basketball / FIBA / WNBA: 35 minutes
NHL ice hockey: 54 minutes
Ice hockey (other): 50 minutes
American football: 50 minutes
Baseball:

For match result: minimum 5 innings
For totals and handicap markets: minimum 9 innings

Handball: 50 minutes

10. Exceptional Circumstances

10.1. These rules apply unless they are replaced by specific rules for the relevant sport.

Abandonment: If the event does not conclude within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be void.
Cancellation: If the event is canceled, all bets will be void.
Postponement: If the start of the event is delayed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets will be void.
Change of opponents: All bets will be void.
Change of venue: All bets will be void.
Change in event duration: All bets will be void.
Dead Heat (multiple tie): If there are more winners than expected, the winnings will be divided proportionally.
Change of surface: Bets will remain valid.
Typos in names: If a player or team name is misspelled, bets will remain valid unless it is clear that the participant is incorrect.

10.2 Tie Rules

A tie is defined as an event in which there are two or more joint winners.
In the event of a tie, the winnings and losses incurred by users are distributed according to the number of competitors.

The formula for calculating this is provided below, along with relevant examples:

Return = (bettor's stake * (number of expected winners/number of actual winners)) * original odds.

For example, if the user placed a bet of CLP 20,000 on a horse with odds of 4.0 that then finished first in a tie with two other runners, their bet would be divided as follows:

(CLP 20,000 * (1 / 3)) * 4 = CLP 26,667

Winnings/losses = return - sponsor's stake = $6,667

Against bets are calculated as follows:

Winnings = ((1 - (expected number of winners / actual number of winners) * original odds) / (original odds - 1)) * original liability

For example, if a user placed a sell order on the same event for 20,000 CLP with odds of 4.0, their return would be calculated as follows:

(1 - (1 / 3) * 4.0 / (4.0 - 1)) * 60,000 CLP = ((0.6667 * 4) / 3) = 53,333 CLP

Profit/loss = profit - original liability = 53,333 CLP - 60,000 CLP = -6,667 CLP

In the event of a tie in a market with multiple winners, only those tied beyond the last winning position will be affected. The winners will then be divided among the remaining positions.

11. Bet Settlement

11.1 All results will be based on the official source or the official website of the relevant competition.

In cases where:

Official statistics or results are not available, or
There is significant evidence that the published information is incorrect,

11.2. SIETE may use independent sources for bet settlement.

11.3. If no consistent information is available, bets may be settled using SIETE's internal statistics.

12. Re-Settlement and Errors

Markets are generally settled shortly after the end of the corresponding event.

12.1. The sportsbook provider may settle (in whole or in part) some markets before the official result is published, solely as an improvement to the customer experience. However, the provider reserves the right to modify the settlement if any of the following situations occur:

The official result differs from the result initially used for settlement (e.g., modifications made by the competent regulatory body after the event).
The entire market is declared void (e.g., in the event of suspension of the event).

12.2. The sportsbook provider reserves the right to accept, limit, or reject any bet before confirming it.

12.3. In the event of technical failures, system errors, or human error, the provider reserves the right to reverse a settlement or void the bet.

12.4. If a market is re-settled, this may involve adjustments to the customer's balance to correctly reflect the revised settlement.

13. Non-Participants and Injuries

13.1. If a player, team, or other competitor participates in a sporting event after it has officially started and subsequently does not complete the event for any reason, bets placed on that participant will remain valid (i.e., they will not be voided).

13.2. In markets where an injury could significantly affect the odds—for example, top scorer or top point scorer—SIETE reserves the right to:

Void bets,
Apply a deduction in accordance with Rule 4, or
Adjust bets to the next available odds after reviewing the market.

This may apply to bets placed between the publication of the injury and the market review.

14. Unavailable Selections

14.1. The sportsbook provider endeavors to keep markets up to date so that all potentially winning selections are available.

However, if for any reason the eventual winning team, player, or participant was unavailable, bets placed on the other selections in the market will remain valid and will be settled in accordance with these rules and any other applicable rules.

15. Scoreboards / Score Center

15.1. Scoreboards and results centers are for informational purposes only.

15.2. The sportsbook provider is not responsible for bets placed based solely on such information.

16. Cash Out

16.1. Cash Out is a feature offered on certain single and multiple bets in the sportsbook.

16.2. Cash Out allows the user to modify their original bet and secure a win or a loss by settling the bet (or part of it) early, without having to wait for the event to end.

17. Cash Out Conditions

17.1. Acceptance of a Cash Out request is not guaranteed.

17.2. The request may fail if, for example:

The market suspends odds movement before the request is processed.
An unforeseen technical problem occurs.
The third-party provider responsible for covering the sporting event is unable to continue coverage as agreed.

18. Cash Out Settlement

19. Cash Out Restrictions

20. Bet Builder Rules

18. Soccer (Football)

18.1. General Conditions

A. Bets on soccer matches are accepted for regulation time (90 minutes plus added time), unless expressly stated otherwise.

B. If, in total or handicap bets, the result exactly matches the line offered, the bet will be refunded.

C. If this selection is part of a combination bet, its odds will be changed to 1.00.

18.2. Statistical Data

A. Statistics such as shots on goal, corners, etc. are based on records for 90 minutes plus added time, according to official data from the statistics provider (e.g., UEFA).

B. In national competitions, the data published on the official websites of each competition will be used.

18.3. Results and Standings

A. A 0–0 result is considered a draw.

18.4. "Who will advance in the tournament?"
The tiebreaker criteria are applied in the following order:

18.5 First Goal Scorer / Last Goal Scorer

A. Bets will be settled based on the player who scores the first goal of the match.

D. If the only goal of the match is an own goal, the selection "No Scorer" will be considered the winner.

E. If the selected player enters the game after the first goal has been scored, bets on that player will be void.

18.5. Time Interval Bets

A. Bets on specific intervals (e.g., match result/goals/corners after X minutes) will only consider events that occur within the specified interval.

B. Events occurring outside this interval will not be considered for settlement.

C. For settlement purposes, an event is considered to have occurred when it is executed, not when it is awarded by the referee. Example:

E. If the play must be repeated, the bet will be settled according to the result of the retake.

18.6. Cards

A. Only cards shown to players on the field of play are counted.

B. Cards shown to coaches or players on the bench do not count.

C. Cards shown after the final whistle will be ignored.

18.7. Corner Kicks

A. Only corners that are taken are counted.

B. If a corner kick is retaken, it will only be counted once.

18.8. Run of Play

A. In this type of bet, the leading team is the one that scores the first goal of the match.

B. Subsequent changes in the score do not affect the calculation of the bet.

18.9. Overtime

All bets are settled solely on events that occur during official overtime.
Goals, corners, or other events that occur during regulation time are not considered.
Overtime does not include penalty shootouts.
If the match does not go into overtime, all related bets will be void.

Final Result: This market will be settled based on the team that has won after regulation time or if there is a draw.
Winning Margin: Choose which team will win and by what goal difference in regulation time.
Exact Score: This market will be settled based on the exact result at the end of regulation time.
Total Goals: This market will be settled based on the sum of the goals scored by each team during regulation time.
Half-Time/Full-Time Result: This market will be settled based on the result at half-time, including added time in the first half, and the result at the end of regulation time, including added time.
Team to Score in Both Halves: This market will be settled based on whether the team scores in regulation time (including injury time) in both halves of the event.
Team to Win Both Halves: This market will be settled based on whether the team scores more goals than their opponent in both the first and second halves (including injury time).
Both Teams to Score: This market will be settled based on whether both teams score during the 90 minutes (including injury time).
Clean Sheet: This market will be settled based on whether the indicated team keeps a clean sheet (does not concede any goals) during 90 minutes (including injury time).
Winner and Both Teams to Score: This market will be settled based on the winner of the match, combined with a prediction on whether both teams will score during the 90 minutes (including injury time).
Both Teams to Score and Over 2.5: This market will be settled based on whether both teams will score during 90 minutes (including injury time) and whether the total number of goals will be over or under 2.5.
Winner and Over 2.5: This market will be settled based on the winner of the match, combined with a prediction on whether the total number of goals throughout the 90 minutes (including injury time) will be over or under 2.5.

18.12. Soccer – Additional Markets

A. Half-Time Result and Score: These markets are settled based on the result of the match at the half-time whistle, including added time.

B. Over/Under Goals: These markets are settled based on the total number of goals scored at the end of regulation time plus added time. Goals scored in extra time or penalty shootouts are not included.

C. Total Goals / Total Goals – First Half: Prediction of the total number of goals scored by both teams in the match or in the first half.

If an event is abandoned, all bets will be void, unless the outcome of the bet has already been determined.

Examples:

Over 2.5: The bet wins if 3 or more goals are scored.
Under 2.5: The bet wins if 2 or fewer goals are scored.

D. Asian Handicap: Settled based on the final score at the end of regulation time and added time. Penalties and extra time are not included.

E. Goal Method

Free Kick: Goal scored directly from a free kick (includes direct goals from corner kicks).

Penalty: Goal scored directly from the penalty spot.

Own Goal: Goal officially declared as an own goal.

Head: The scorer's last contact must be with the head.

Shot: Any other type of goal not included above.

No Goal: The match ends 0–0.

F. Anytime Goalscorer: Settled on players who score at any time during regulation time and added time.

Bets on players who do not participate in the match will be void. Own goals do not count for this market.

G. First Team Scorer: Settled on the player who scores the first goal for their team.

If the player does not participate, the bet will be void. If the player enters after his team has already scored, the bet will be void.

H. Own Goal: Prediction on whether at least one own goal will be scored during the match.

I. Draw No Bet: Settled based on the final result of the match.

In the event of a draw, all bets will be void and the amount refunded.

J. Qualification / Advancing to the Next Round: In knockout tournaments, this market is settled based on the final result, including extra time and penalties.

K. Cards – Over/Under: Cards shown during 90 minutes plus added time are considered.

Yellow card = 1 point
Red card = 2 points
Second yellow cards are not counted additionally.
Cards shown to substitutes, coaches, or after the final whistle do not count.

L. Corners – Over/Under: Settled based on the total number of corners taken during regulation time and added time.

M. Total Corners per Team: Similar to Over/Under, but considering only corners taken by the selected team.

Corners awarded but not taken do not count.

If the match is abandoned, bets will be void unless the result is already determined.

N. Player Specials: Bets on players participating at any time during the match will be valid, unless the specific market rule indicates otherwise.

Own goals are not considered for settlement.

O. First Card / First Player to be Booked: If two or more players receive a card in the same incident, the player who is booked first by the referee will be considered the winner.

P. Player to Receive a Card/Caution: The designated player will receive a yellow or red card in 90 minutes plus injury time. Cards shown to coaches, players on the bench, or after the match do not count.

Q. Method of classification: This market will be settled based on the winner of the match, combined with a prediction on whether the match will be decided in regulation time, extra time or on penalties.

A. Accumulators: If a selection is voided, the odds for multiple bets will be reduced to take into account the voided selection.

S. Absolute markets: A season or competition is declared to have started once the first match of the scheduled season or competition has commenced.

If a team is expelled, disqualified, or eliminated from a league, one of two measures will apply:

1. If this occurs before the start of the relevant season or tournament, all bets on the affected markets will be void.

2. If this occurs after the start of the relevant season or tournament, the affected markets will remain open and the team will be considered relegated or eliminated, and all bets placed on that team will be settled accordingly (assuming that before the end of the season or tournament, that team is not readmitted).

T. Top scorer: Only goals scored in the league or competition indicated in the division/tournament mentioned are counted. For example, if a player signs for a club during the season, goals scored in another league will not be counted, but goals scored in the same league with another club will be counted. Own goals and goals scored in penalty shootouts will not be counted.

All bets are valid regardless of whether the selected player plays any minutes in the specified competition or season. Technical draw rules apply.

U. Overall winner: will be determined based on the final position/total points of the teams at the end of all scheduled matches. In the event of a tie between two or more teams, the result will be determined according to the official result of the governing body. Tie rules will apply.

V. Instant match

A. We consider a relevant event to be one of the following: goal, penalty, red card.

B. We consider a set piece event to be a corner or free kick deemed dangerous by our data source.

C. If no data related to a material or set-piece event is received in the pending period after an order is executed, the bet is confirmed.

D. If data is received indicating that a significant event may be occurring (possible goal, possible penalty, possible red card), we pause the markets and extend the pending confirmation period for all bets in a pending status.

E. If subsequent data indicates that this event did not actually occur (no goal, penalty, or red card), we resume the markets and confirm bets in pending status.

F. If subsequent data indicates that this event did occur (confirmed goal, confirmed penalty, confirmed red card), we resume the markets and void the bets in pending status.

G. If data is received indicating that an important set piece is taking place (corner kick, free kick in a dangerous area of the field), we extend the pending confirmation period for all bets in pending status, but we do not stop the markets.

H. If subsequent data indicates that the set piece has ended (the defending team regains possession, the ball goes out of play, another event occurs that is not a goal), we confirm bets in pending status.

I. If subsequent data indicates that the set piece has directly resulted in a goal, we void bets that are pending.

J. If data is received indicating that a decision (possible goal, possible penalty, possible red card) will be reviewed using VAR (video assistant referee) technology, we stop the markets and extend the pending confirmation period for all bets in a pending state.

K. If subsequent data indicates that this event did not actually occur (no goal, penalty, or red card), we will resume markets and confirm bets in pending status.

L. If subsequent data indicates that this event did occur (confirmed goal, confirmed penalty, confirmed red card), we resume the markets and void bets in pending status.

M. If subsequent data indicates that a goal, penalty, or red card has been overturned after review, we will reopen the markets and any markets that have been determined will be left unresolved.

19. Basketball

19.1 General Conditions

A. All markets are defined according to the final result, including overtime, unless expressly stated otherwise.

B. Where there is a draw market at the end of regulation time, the main results will be settled without including overtime.

19.2 Bets and Statistics

A. All other types of bets, including bets on statistical data, are defined by full time (including all overtime periods).

B. If a team receives a technical foul before the start of a game (e.g., the basket is broken, the team is trying to delay the game, there is a fight between players and, as a result, a technical foul is called, etc.), bets on "First to Score" remain valid.

C. In cases where overtime is played, not because the result of regulation time is a tie, but because the tournament rules require it, all bets will be settled based on the result of regulation time. 19.5 Over/Under: Prediction on whether the combined total points will exceed or fall short of the line offered. Overtime counts.

19.6 Halftime/Fulltime: (6-way market) This market will be settled based on the result at halftime and the result at the end of the game. Overtime is included in halftime/fulltime markets.

19.7 Point Spread: These markets will be settled based on the final result at the end of the game. Overtime counts for point spread markets.

19.8 Quarter Handicaps: These markets will be settled based on the number of points scored in the specified quarter.

19.9 Over/Under per Quarter Markets: These markets will be settled based on the combined number of points scored in the specified quarter.

19.10 Half Over/Under Markets: These markets will be settled based on the combined number of points scored in the specified half.

19.11 Even/Odd Score per Quarter: These markets will be settled based on whether the combined number of points scored in the specified quarter is even or odd.

19.12. Odd or even score in the half: These markets will be settled based on whether the combined number of points scored in the specified half is odd or even.

19.13 Second Half/Fourth Quarter Markets: All selections for second half and fourth quarter markets do not include overtime, if any.

20. BASEBALL

20.1. General Conditions

A. Bets are accepted for the entire duration of the game, including extra innings, unless otherwise stated.

B. In totals and handicap bets, if the result exactly matches the line offered, the bet will be refunded.

C. In combination bets, the odds for that selection will be adjusted to 1.00.

20.2. Starting Pitchers

The starting pitchers published in the markets are for informational purposes only.
The presence or absence of the starting pitcher does not affect the validity of the bet, regardless of whether he starts the game or not.

20.3. Start, Abandonment, and Rescheduling

A. Bets will be settled as results are determined. Subsequent decisions to void markets will not affect previously settled markets if the results of those markets are not affected.

B. Matches must start within 36 hours of the originally scheduled start time or they will be canceled.

C. If a match starts but is abandoned or postponed:

An official result must be declared within 36 hours for outstanding bets to be settled.
Extra innings are considered valid unless otherwise stated.
Matches must start within 36 hours of the originally scheduled time; otherwise, bets will be void.

20.4. Minimum Innings

For Total Runs or Run Line bets to be valid, at least 9 innings (or 8.5 innings if the home team is winning) must be completed.

Exceptions:

Games officially scheduled with fewer innings (e.g., 7-inning doubleheaders).
When the outcome of the market has already been determined.

20.5. Abandoned Games

A. If a game is scheduled to be played with fewer than 9 innings, at least the number of innings indicated (or half an inning less if the home team is winning) must be completed for bets on the "Total Runs" or " " markets to be valid, unless the outcome of the market has already been determined.

B. Bets on the winner of the game will be void if:

The game is not resumed within 36 hours, or
At least 5 innings (or 4.5 if the home team is winning) have not been completed.

C. In any of the above cases, an official result must be declared for bets on the winners market to be settled.

D. Unless otherwise specified, as in the case of MLB below, all bets will be valid regardless of whether the listed starting pitcher begins the first inning for his respective team or not.

20.6. Live Betting: All bets are valid regardless of pitching changes. Extra innings count.

20.7. Common Markets

Money Line: Prediction of the winning team.
Regular Season – Wins: The team must complete at least 160 regular season games for the bet to be valid, unless the remaining games have no bearing on the outcome.
Total Hits: Settled according to the official MLB box score after the game ends.
Odd/Even: Prediction of whether the total number of runs will be odd or even.
Series Bets: Void if the required number of games is not completed.

21. American Football

21.1 General Conditions

Bets on these sports are accepted for the entire game (including overtime) unless otherwise stated.
In baseball, bets on totals and handicaps are accepted for the entire duration of the event (including overtime). If the result, including the handicap, is a tie or if the total is reached, the bet is refunded. If this result occurs in a combination bet, the odds for this bet are 1.00.

21.2. Main Markets

Match Winner: Settled based on the winning team at the end of the match. Overtime counts, except for markets with a draw option.
Live Betting: Includes overtime. Points are considered regardless of whether they are scored before or after the bet is placed.

21.3. Period Markets

Quarterly Result: These markets will be settled based on the team that scores the most points in the specified quarter.
Halftime/Final Score (overtime does not count)

Team Total Points is similar to the Over/Under bet. Win/Loss is determined by the points accumulated by a given team.
To qualify if a team is disqualified from the tournament before the game and is granted a bye, all qualification bets will be void.

21.4. Touchdowns

First Touchdown: Prediction of the team that will score the first TD.
Last Touchdown: Prediction of the team that will score the last TD.

If the match is not completed, bets will be void, unless the market has already been determined. If the match is not completed, all bets will be void.

22. BANDY

22.1 For bets to be valid, at least 80 minutes of the match must have been played.

22.2 All bets are for regulation time only, unless otherwise stated.

22.3 All matches must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to be valid. The exception is if we announce an incorrect start time.

22.4 If the venue of the match is changed, bets already placed will stand provided that the home team remains designated as such. If the home and away teams for a listed match are reversed, bets placed based on the original listing will be void.

22.5 All match markets will be settled based on the result at the end of regulation time and extra time, if played, will be excluded unless otherwise stated.

22.6 If the scheduled playing time changes from 2 halves of 45 minutes to 3 periods of 30 minutes, bets on the final result will be considered valid and bets on the half-time result will be void.

22.7 Half-time markets: The relevant half must be completed for bets to be valid, unless the specific outcome of the market is already determined.

23. ICE HOCKEY

23.1. General Conditions

Bets are accepted on the final winner (including extra time and penalties), the full match (including extra time but not penalties) and regulation time (60 minutes), unless otherwise stated.
Handicap and total bets are accepted only for full time (60 minutes).
If the result, including the handicap, is a draw or if the total is reached, the bet is refunded. If such a bet is part of a combination, its odds are converted to 1.00.
Bets on the exact result are settled based on full time (60 minutes).
Bets on statistical data (shots on goal, penalty minutes, goals per player, assists, efficiency points, etc.) are settled based on full time data (60 minutes).

23.2. Start and Abandonment

If a match does not start within 36 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be void.

23.3. Periods

Bets on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd periods are settled only according to the corresponding period.
The 3rd period does not include overtime.

Winning margin: Choose which team will win and by what goal difference in regulation time.
Total goals: Bet on the total number of goals that will be scored in the match.
Number of goals: Bet on the total number of goals scored by both teams during the official 60 minutes of play. Own goals count for betting purposes.
No bet draw: the winning team. In the event of a draw, all bets are void and stakes are refunded.
Overtime/extra time: whether the match will go into overtime or not.
Most goals: In which period will the most goals be scored? If two or more periods have the same score, all bets will be void. Goals scored in extra time are not counted for the "Most goals" bet.

In team matches (e.g., Davis Cup), if one or more players do not participate and are replaced, bets will remain valid.

24.2. Doubles Matches

If one of the players does not participate and is replaced, all bets will be refunded (the odds will be adjusted to 1.00).
If no confirmed players have been announced at the time of betting, bets remain valid.

24.3. Change of Format

A. If the format of the match changes (e.g., 2 sets instead of 3), bets on that match will be refunded (odds will be adjusted to 1.00).

24.4. Player Withdrawal / Injuries

A. If the match is not completed due to the early withdrawal of a player:

Bets on the match winner will be void and refunded.
Bets on statistics that depend on the complete outcome of the match (aces, double faults, service speed, etc.) will be void.
Bets on statistics that have already been determined or are not affected by the withdrawal will remain valid.

B. If a player withdraws from a tournament before or during its completion, all bets related to their performance in the tournament will remain valid.

24.5. Surface

Information about the surface is for informational purposes only.
If the surface changes, bets remain valid.
If one of the participants does not complete the match, only the results of the matches played remain valid, and in the option of interpreting the winner of the competitions, the winnings are paid only taking into account the effective technical victory.

24.6 No Start/Disqualification

Point Winner / First Point of the Game:
Prediction of the player who will win a specific point (e.g., 1st set – 5th game – first point).

If the point is not played for any reason (penalty point, retirement, early termination of the match), the bet will be void.

Game Winner:
Prediction of the player who will win a specific game.

If the game is not completed, the bet will be void.
Tie-breaks are not considered for this market.

Exact Game Score:
Prediction of the exact score of the game.

If the game is not completed, the bet will be void.
If the next game is a tie-break, bets on that game will be void, except for the First Point of Next Game market.

24.10. Multiple Bets (Accumulators)

If a selection is void, the total odds of the accumulator bet will be adjusted to reflect that void selection.

24.11. Overall Winner

Tournament Winner:
If the selected player does not play any points, the bet will be void.
Winner by Continent:
Settled according to the official nationality registered by the governing body of the sport.
Age of Winner (Over/Under):

27.1 The player must achieve a higher position in the event and win more money than the other player, or else last one level longer than their opponent. If this is not the case, the H2H bet is void. Both players must compete in the tournament or the bets are void and the stake is refunded.

28. Biathlon, Skiing, Ski Jumping, Alpine Skiing, Nordic Combined, Speed Skating, Kayaking, Shooting, Surfing

28.1 For bets to be valid, both competitors/teams mentioned in the match must start the race. If neither competitor/team finishes a multi-heat event, the number of heats completed will determine the winner. If one of the competitors/teams has not started the competition, bets will be void.

28.2 Bets will be settled based on the final classification, unless otherwise stated.

29. Athletics

29.1 The winner is determined according to the official results list.

29.2 In head-to-head matches, the participant who achieves the best final position wins. If one participant advances further than the other, the one who has advanced further wins. If both participants are eliminated at the same level, for example, if both participants fail to advance beyond the quarterfinals, bets will be considered void and odds will be set at 1.00.

29.3 If a participant does not show up, all head-to-head or special bets involving that participant will be void, however, direct bets will stand.

30. Australian Rules

30.1 The winner is determined according to the official AFL results list. If a match ends in a draw, including overtime if played, bets will be refunded unless a price for the draw is offered.

30.2 Game details: As in many other football codes, points are scored by kicking goals. In Australian football, there are two types of scoring: a goal and a behind. The goal umpire judges whether a goal or a behind has been scored.

31.3 For bets to be valid, a full match must be completed. If less than a full match is completed, all bets will be considered void.

31.4 If any of the participants withdraw, handicap bets and over/under bets will be considered void, unless there is no possible way for the match to be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the outcome of that market.

32. Beach soccer

32.1 All bets are for regulation time only, unless otherwise stated.

32.2 Regulation time is defined according to the official rules published by the relevant governing body.

32.3 If a match starts before the scheduled time, all bets placed after the actual start time will be considered void.

32.4 No adjustments will be made to the settlement for any changes or decisions made by the regulatory bodies after the event or tournament.

33. Beach Volleyball

No refunds will be made for players who do not participate or winners not included in the list. All bets will be valid if a player withdraws before or during the tournament.

34. Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

34.1. Official Results

Bets are settled according to the official result announced in the ring.
Subsequent changes resulting from appeals, lawsuits, anti-doping controls, or other sanctions will not be considered.
Bets are not considered official until the results are verified by the event authorities.

34.2. Winner

All bets will be valid regardless of changes in the number of rounds.
In the event of a draw, bets on the winner will be refunded, except in markets that include a draw option (3-Way).
Includes draws by Majority Draw.
Subsequent appeals do not affect the settlement, except for human errors in announcing the result.

34.3. KO / TKO

KO (Knockout): The boxer does not get up before the count of 10.
TKO (Technical Knockout):

Three knockdown rule.
Intervention by the referee.
Withdrawal from the corner.

Any withdrawal from the corner is considered a TKO, unless the bout is subsequently decided by the scorecards or declared a No Contest.

34.4. Total Rounds

If the number of rounds is changed, all bets will be refunded.
For markets with half rounds:

34.5. Decisions

Technical Decision: Result determined by scorecards if the bout is stopped before the end for reasons other than KO/TKO/disqualification.
Majority Decision: Two judges award the victory to the same boxer and the third declares a draw.
Split Decision: Two judges award the victory to the same boxer and the third to the opponent.
Unanimous Decision: All three judges declare the same boxer the winner.

34.6. Disqualification

This occurs when the bout is stopped due to repeated fouls or intentional violations of the rules.
The disqualified boxer automatically loses the bout.

34.7. No Contest / No Decision

In the event of a No Contest or No Decision, all bets will be refunded.

34.8. Handicap and Additional Markets

35. Cricket

35.1. General Conditions

A. Bets are settled according to the official rules of the competition.

B. All bets are settled on regulation time, unless otherwise stated.

35.2. Specific Markets

A. Total Runs in the 1st Over:

Only runs credited to official pitches count.
The over must be completed for the bet to be valid, unless the result is already determined.

B. First Wicket Method:

Options: Caught, Bowled, LBW, Run Out, Stumped, Other.
If no wickets fall during the match, bets will be void.

C. Most Run Outs (3-Way):

Prices will be offered on which team gets the most run outs during the defense.
If the number of overs in a match is reduced and a result is reached, the team that has taken the most run outs during the defense, regardless of the number of overs bowled, will be the winner.

D. Player of the Match:

Settled on the basis of the officially declared player.

35.3. Match Format

To score more runs: Both players must reach the crease line for bets to be valid. The settlement is based on the official score of the specified batsman.
First Innings Run Handicap: For bets to be valid, both teams must complete the first innings (including declarations).
Most sixes (series): In the event that two or more players finish with the same number of sixes, tie rules will apply.
Batting matches (series): In test series, runs scored in both innings will be counted. In the event that two or more players finish with the same number of runs, bets will be void.

Race/Stage Winner: which rider or team will win the race/stage in question.
Individual/Team Head 2 Head: which team/cyclist will achieve a better final position in the race. All teams/cyclists in question must start the race, otherwise bets will be void. At least one of the teams/cyclists in question must finish the race, otherwise bets will be void.
Special bets: Predict the winner of a special category in the race, such as "King of the Mountains," "Best Sprinter," "Best Young Rider," etc., which are awarded with the corresponding colored jersey (red, green, white, etc.).

37. Curling

37.1 MARKETS

Tournament winner: If for any reason a selection/participant does not start a curling event, the bet is lost even if the event takes place. There are no refunds for non-starters.
Match bets All matches will be settled based on the final result. For betting purposes, extra rounds will be taken into account.
Winner Which team will win the match. If the match is not completed, all bets will be void.
Handicap at the end of the match: which team will win the match after applying the handicap points. All bets will be void if the match is not completed.
Over/under at the end of the match: the total number of points in the match. If the match is not completed, all bets will be void, unless the market has already been determined.
Overall winner: the team that will win the tournament. Bets will be settled according to the official standings.

38. Darts

38.1 No refunds will be made for players who do not participate or winners who are not listed.

38.2 All bets will be valid if a player withdraws before or during the tournament. If the match starts but is not completed, the player who advances to the next round will be considered the winner.

38.3 If a match is not completed for any reason, all bets on match sets/legs under/over, total match sets/legs, and handicaps will be void, unless the result is already determined.

38.4 In the event that a match starts but is not completed, the player who advances to the next round or is awarded the victory will be considered the winner for settlement purposes.

38.5 For Premier League darts events, match bets may be offered in the form of 3-way and 2-way markets. For settlement purposes, the 3-way market includes the option of a draw. Bets will be void on the 2-way market if the match result is a draw.

38.6 Markets

Pre-live betting: Overall Winner Predict the winner of the tournament. In the event that a participant does not show up, all bets will be void.
Live betting: Bets placed on any market for a match that is suspended before the regulation number of sets/matches is completed will be void.
Winner at the end of the match: Which player will win the match. In the event that a match starts but is not completed, the player who advances to the next round or is awarded the victory will be considered the winner for settlement purposes. In the event that the regulation number of sets/legs is changed or differs from that offered for betting purposes, all bets will be valid. Bets will be void on the two-way market if the match result is a draw.
Handicap: which player will win the match after the handicap scores have been applied. In the event that the regulation number of sets/legs is not completed, modified, or differs from those offered for betting purposes, all bets will be void. All bets will be void if a match is not completed.
Exact score: the exact score of the match. If a match is not completed, all bets will be void.
Draw no bet: the winner. In the event of a draw, all bets will be void. If a match is not completed, all bets will be void.
Over/under full time: The total number of sets/legs completed in the match. If the match is not completed, all bets will be void, unless the odds have been exceeded.
Handicap at the end of the match: Predict which player will win the match after the handicap scores have been applied. In the event that the regulation number of sets/games is not completed, modified, or differs from those offered for betting purposes, all bets will be void. All bets will be void if a match is not completed.
Over/Under Full Time: Prediction of the total number of sets/games completed in the match. If the match is not completed, all bets will be void, unless the odds have been exceeded.

39. Field hockey

39.1 The winner is determined according to the official results list. If the venue of any scheduled match is changed, the selection will be void.

39.2 Overall winner: Predict the winner of the league/tournament. Bets will be settled based on the final standings, including playoffs if played, unless otherwise stated.

39.3 Group winner bets: Settled according to the final group position.

40. Futsal

40.1 All bets are for regulation time only, unless otherwise stated.

40.2 Regulation time is defined according to the official rules published by the relevant governing body.

40.3 If a match starts before the scheduled time, all bets placed after the actual start time will be considered void.

40.4 No adjustments will be made to the settlement for any changes or decisions made by the regulatory bodies after the event or tournament.

41. Water polo

41.1 All match markets will be settled on regulation time, unless otherwise stated.

41.2 Regulation time must be completed for bets to be valid, unless otherwise stated.

40.3 If a match starts but is not completed, bets will be void.

42. Floorball

42.1 All matches must start on the scheduled date (local stadium time) for bets to be valid.

42.2 All bets are settled according to the official results of the event in question.

42.3 For bets to be valid, at least 55 minutes of the match must have been played.

42.4 All bets are on regulation time, unless otherwise stated. If the venue of the match is changed, bets already placed will stand as long as the home team remains designated as such.

42.5 If the home and away teams for a listed match are reversed, bets placed according to the original listing will be void.

42.6 All relevant markets, available for both pre-event and live betting, are specified at the end of the corresponding bet type in brackets, clarifying how the settlement will affect the selections.

42.7 Market-specific rules (excluding extra time)

First team to score: if the match is suspended before a goal is scored, bets will be void.
Total goals odd/even: if there are no goals, all bets will be settled as even.
Winning margin: includes a draw.
Highest scoring period: Predict the period with the highest score. Overtime is excluded. If two or more periods have the same score, the result will be settled as a draw.
1st period/Full time: Predict the winner at the end of the 1st period and the winner at the end of full time.
Race to X goals: includes None.
Settlements: All settlements are based on the statistics and results provided by the league governing body's official website on the day of the game, unless otherwise stated.

43. Golf

34.1. General Conditions

Bets are settled according to the official results of the tournament or match.
In Head to Head bets per round, both players must have taken at least one shot in the corresponding round for the bet to be valid.
In Head to Head bets per tournament, both players must have played at least one shot during the tournament.

If both golfers do not complete all rounds, the player with the best final position will be considered the winner.

34.2. Shortened Events

If a tournament is shortened (e.g., due to adverse weather conditions), bets will remain valid as long as there is an official result, in accordance with the tournament rules (e.g., minimum of 54 holes in PGA tournaments).

34.3. Outright Bets and Nationality

Outright bets are settled based on the player who wins the trophy, including playoffs.
Dead Heat rules apply where applicable.
Bets placed on participants who do not compete in the first round will not be refunded.
Top Nationality (Top USA, Top GB & IRE, etc.)
Only players listed on the relevant market will be considered.
Dead Heat rules apply.

34.4. Major Tournaments

B. Outright bets placed before the tournament will be valid provided that the event is completed within the calendar year; otherwise, they will be void.

34.5. Additional Golf Markets

First Round Winner: The winner will be the player with the best ranking at the end of the first round.
Winner without the favorites/nominees: Who will win the market without the selected players? Tie rules apply.
Leader at the end of the round: The player with the highest score at the end of the specified round will be considered the winner. Tie rules apply.
Top 4, 5, 6, 10, 20: A player who finishes in the top 4, top 5, top 6, top 10, or top 20 of a specific tournament. Tie rules apply. The same rules also apply to the top positions after a specific round of a tournament.
Seasonal money lists (Race to Dubai, PGA Tour, etc.)

Bets placed on money lists such as the Race to Dubai and the PGA Money List consist of predicting which golfer will top the official money list at the end of the European season in the case of the Race to Dubai and the US season in the case of the PGA Tour Money List. In the case of the US Seniors Tour, this is the PGA Champions Tour.
Bets will be determined based on the overall winner after the last relevant tournament and will not be affected by any subsequent inquiries or modifications. Does not include the bonus for winning the FedEx Cup.

Money Line: If an individual match ends in a tie, bets will be void.
18-hole matches:

Bets are valid once players have teed off on the first hole.
If a round is abandoned, bets on that round will be void.
The winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes (or the highest number of points in tournaments using the Stableford scoring system).
If an individual match ends in a tie, bets will be void. Playoffs do not count.

18-hole and 2- and 3-ball bets

Bets are valid once the players have teed off on the first hole.
If a round is abandoned, bets on that round will be void. In the event of changes to pairings or groups, all bets will be void.
The winner will be the player with the lowest score over 18 holes. In tournaments using the Stableford scoring system, the winner will be the player who has scored the highest number of points during the round.
In 2-ball betting, where no price is offered for a tie, bets will be void in the event of a tie. In 3-ball betting, tie rules will apply.
In hole winner markets, bets stand once all nominated players have teed off on the designated hole.
For a player to win the hole, they must score lower than all other players on that specific hole. If a player withdraws during the hole, bets on the withdrawn player will be settled as losers.
Bets are settled once players leave the green. In hole group bets, bets are settled based on the score obtained on a specific group of holes.
For a player to win the group of holes, they must score lower than all other players on the specified holes.
Bets will be void if one of the players does not tee off on the first specified hole.
If a player withdraws during the specified group of holes, bets on that player will be settled as losers.

Tie Rules:

If two or more selections finish in the same position, the bet will be split proportionally. Example:

The final positions in golf are as follows:

1st place: Player A 2nd place: Player B 3rd place: Player C 3rd place: Player D 3rd place: Player E 6th place: Player F 7th place: Player G

Let's say you bet on player E (e/w ¼ 1-2-3).
The 3rd position is shared by 3 players: player E shares the 3rd position with 2 other players, so the payout will be 1/3 of the bet X e/w odds. Let's say you bet on player E (e/w ¼ 1-2-3-4). Positions 3 and 4 are shared by 3 players.
The third and fourth positions (actually not the fourth position, as there are three players in third position) are shared by three players, which means that two positions of the three players who reached those positions are paid: 2/3 of the bet X odds e/w.

Note: tie rules apply to the bet and not to the odds.

Group bets in tournaments

Which player from the named group of players will achieve the best ranking at the end of the tournament?
Players are grouped together for betting purposes. If a player in the group withdraws before the tournament begins, the market will be void.
Tie rules apply. At least 36 holes must be completed.

Tournament Trios: Same as above, but with 3 golfers grouped together.
5/6 Shooters: Which of the 5 or 6 players in a group will win the round. Tie rules apply.
Make/Miss the Cut: The first official cut will be used to settle this market. Any subsequent cuts will be irrelevant. Any player who withdraws or is disqualified before the first cut will be considered to have missed the cut. Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website.
Hole in one in the tournament: whether a hole in one will be achieved during the tournament. Bets will be valid provided that a minimum of 36 holes of the tournament are played. Bets will be settled according to the results on the official tournament website.
Hole-in-one in a round: Will a hole-in-one be achieved during a specific round of the tournament? Bets will be valid as long as the round in question is completed. Bets will be settled according to the results on the official tournament website.
Hole-in-one on a specific hole in the tournament: Will a hole-in-one be achieved on a specific hole during the tournament? Bets will be valid provided that a minimum of 36 holes of the tournament are played. The results of the bets will be obtained from the official tournament website.
Hole-in-one on hole X of round X: Will a hole-in-one be achieved on a specific hole during a specific round of the tournament? Bets will be valid as long as the round in question is completed. Bets will be settled according to the results on the official tournament website.
Total players under par: How many players will finish the tournament with a total score under par? Bets are based on the results on the tournament's official website.
Will there be a playoff?: Will there be playoff holes to decide the winner of the tournament? Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website.
Nationality/region of the winner: Predict the nationality of the player who will win the tournament. Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website.
First-time winner: Will a player who has never won that particular tournament before win it? Bets are based on the results on the tournament's official website.
Tournament winning margin: By how many strokes will the winning player win the specific tournament? That is, how many strokes will there be between the winner and the runner-up? Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website. Bets will be valid as long as a minimum of 36 holes are played.
Tournament winner from start to finish: the winner of the tournament will be the leader of the tournament at the end of each specified round, from the first to the fourth. Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website.
Tournament winning score: what will be the winning score at the end of the tournament. Settlement will take place upon completion of 72 holes; otherwise, bets will be void. Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website.
Highest tournament round score: Predict the lowest individual score achieved by a player during the tournament. Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website. When markets contain a specific list of players who can achieve the lowest tournament round score, DeadHeat rules will apply.
Lowest score in a tournament round: Predict the lowest score achieved by a player during a tournament round. Bets are based on the results published on the official tournament website.
Will there be an albatross?: Will an albatross be achieved during the tournament? An albatross is a score of 3 under par on any given hole. Bets will be valid provided that a minimum of 36 holes of the tournament are played. Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website.
The cut is made at: At what score relative to par will the tournament cut be made? The first official cut will be used to settle this market. Any subsequent cuts will be irrelevant. Bets are based on the results on the official tournament website.
Double chance/Triple chance: Bet on whether one of the two/three named players will win the tournament. If one or more of the selections do not participate, bets will be void.
Single/Double Forecast: In single forecasts, players must finish first and second in the specified order, and in double forecasts, players must finish first and second in any order. Both players must tee off for bets to be valid; otherwise, bets will be void. In the event of a tie for second place, tiebreaker rules will apply.
Best players: best left-handed/senior/rookie/former winner/ranked, etc. Which left-handed/senior golfer, etc. will finish highest in the tournament in the various categories above? Tie rules apply. It will be settled according to the official tournament website.
Player scores in each round: What score will a player achieve in a given round? Void if there is a change in the course par. Players must complete the entire round for bets to be valid.
Round handicap: The handicap applies to the round scores of the specified players, with the winner being the one with the lowest score. For example, player A + 0.5 scores 70 points, player B - 0.5 scores 70 points, and player B is declared the winner once the handicap is applied.
Player scores on holes: what score a player will achieve on a given hole. Void if there is a change in the par of the hole. If a player withdraws before taking the first stroke on a given hole, bets on that hole will be void. If a player withdraws after starting a hole, bets will be settled as "over par."

35. Rugby Union/Rugby League

35.1 Unless otherwise stated, all bets are settled after 80 minutes of play, including injury time. In the case of rugby sevens, bets are settled at the end of regulation time.

35.2 If a match is suspended, bets will be void unless the outcome of a market has already been determined or the governing body declares an official result.

35.3 If the venue is changed from the one announced, all bets on that match will be void.

35.4 In the event of a change of opponent in the scheduled match, all bets for that match will be void.

35.5 Markets

Final result: this market will be settled based on the team that has won at the end of regulation time or if there is a draw. In markets where a draw is not offered as an option, the market will be settled based on the result after extra time.
Total score: this market will be settled based on the sum of the points scored after the end of regulation time.
Winners at halftime/at the end of the match: this market will be settled based on the result at halftime and the result at the end of regulation time.
Handicap: This market will be settled based on the result of the game at the end of regulation time, applying the indicated handicap.
Total match points: the total number of points scored in the match.
Total tries in the match: whether the total number of tries scored in the match will be higher or lower than a specific number.
Odd/even team total points: whether the total number of points scored in the match will be odd or even.
Total odd/even team tries: whether the total number of points scored by the home/away team in the match will be odd or even.
Total home and away team points: the total number of points scored by the home/away team in the match.
Total team tries: home and away: predict whether the total number of tries scored by the home/away team in the match will be even or odd.
Points race: Predict which team will be the first to reach a certain number of points: home team / away team / neither team is available to bet on.
Time of first try/Time of first try in the second half: Predict whether the first try will be scored before or after a specific time.
Overall winner: Bets are settled based on the final position in the league, including playoffs, unless otherwise stated.
Group winner: Bets are settled based on the final position in the group.
To qualify: Predict which team will qualify. Settlement will include extra time and penalty shootouts, if played.
First to score/Last to score: The first/last team to score means betting on which team will score the first or last point in a match. If an event ends without any points being scored, all bets on the first/last team to score will be void. If an event is suspended after a point has been scored, all bets on the first team to score will be valid, while bets on the last team to score will be void. If an event is suspended without any points being scored, all bets on the first/last team to score will be void.
Half-time/Full-time: Predict the result of a match at half-time and at full-time. Example: if you choose 1/X, you are betting that the home team will be winning at half-time and the match will end in a draw.
Half with most points: Predict which half will have the most points scored. Bets will be void if the match is suspended.

36.Snooker and pool

36.1 Outright winner bets: No refunds will be made for non-starters or winners not listed. All bets will stand if a player withdraws before or during the tournament.

36.2 Match result: If a match starts but is not completed for any reason, the player who advances to the next round or is awarded the victory will be considered the winner. In league matches, bets will be settled according to the official result.

36.3 Handicap and total frames under/over: If a match is not completed for any reason, all handicap bets will be void, unless the result is already determined.

36.4 Winner: Predict which player will win the match. If a match starts but is not completed, the player who advances to the next round or is awarded the victory will be considered the winner for settlement purposes. If a match does not start, all bets will be refunded.

36.5 Handicap bets (including alternatives)/Asian handicap/Frame bets/Total frames (including alternatives)/Asian total/Exact score: if the regulation number of frames in a match is not completed, modified, or differs from that offered for betting purposes, bets will be void. In the event of disqualification or withdrawal, bets will be void. If a match starts but is not completed for any reason, or if a match does not start at all, all bets will be refunded.

36.6 Over/Under: If the regulation number of frames in a match is not completed, modified, or differs from that offered for betting purposes, bets will be void. In the event of disqualification or withdrawal, bets will be void. In the event that a match starts but is not completed for any reason, or that a match does not start at all, all bets will be refunded.

36.7 First Frame: In the event that the first frame is not completed, bets will be void unless the outcome has already been determined. First Legal Color Ball Potted/First Ball to be Potted/Last Ball to be Potted: In the event that the ball is re-racked, the original frame will count for settlement purposes, provided that a color ball has been potted. Settlement will be determined according to official tournament sources. Bets do not include foul shots.

36.8 First frame, player, total points, odd/even: For settlement purposes, zero counts as even. Total points in the first frame: In the event of a re-rack, all points count towards the total for the first frame. Breaks in the first frame: In the event of a re-rack, breaks over 50 and 100 are counted before and after the re-rack is agreed. Foul in the first frame: in the event of a re-rack, a foul may occur at any time before or after the re-rack is agreed.

36.9 Match reaching the deciding frame: if the original number of frames scheduled in a match is not completed, modified, or differs from that offered for betting purposes, bets will be void. All bets will be void if the match is not completed.

37. Swimming

37.1 Bets will be settled based on the official result at the end of the race.

37.2 Subsequent disqualifications or changes to the official results list will not affect bets.

37.3 Any swimmer disqualified for a false start will be counted as a participant.

38. Table Tennis

38.1 The winner is determined according to the official results list.

38.2 In the event that any of the players named in a match change before the match begins, all bets will be void.

38.3 In the event that a match starts but is not completed, all bets will be void, unless the specific outcome of the market has already been determined or there is no conceivable way that the game and/or match could be played to its natural conclusion without unconditionally determining the outcome of a specific market.

38.4 Markets

Overall winner: the winner of the tournament. The player must start in round 1.
Match winner: the winner of the match.
Match handicap: the winner of the match once the game handicap value has been applied. Match point handicap: predict the winner of the match once the point handicap value has been applied. Total points: predict the total number of points scored in a specific match.
Total games: the total number of games played in the match.
Exact score: the exact result of the specified match, i.e., exact match result, exact first half result, etc.
Match handicap: the winner of a specific match once the handicap value has been applied.
Total game points: the total number of points to be scored in a specific game.
Next point winner: the next competitor to score a point in a specific game.
Next match winner: the winner of the next match. If the match is not completed or not played for any reason, all bets will be void.
Leading after: The competitor who will be leading after a specific number of points in a match.
Race to: the competitor who will reach a specific number of points in a match.

39. Volleyball

39.1 If the match is abandoned before the end of regulation time, all bets will be void and the odds will be set at 1.00.

39.2 In two-match competitions, ties are decided by a "Golden Set." For settlement purposes, the Golden Set does not count. Except for markets such as: Which team will qualify? Which team will advance to the next round? Will they have to play the Golden Set? Or any other market that specifies the Golden Set in the description.

39.3 No refunds will be made for players who do not participate or winners who are not listed. All bets will stand if a player withdraws before or during the tournament.

39.4 Markets

Live betting: If the event is not completed, all bets will be void. Exceptions are made for bets on sets that have already been completed, in which case bets will be settled. Points are taken into account regardless of whether they are scored before or after the bet is placed.
Winner: The winner of the match. A best-of-five sets format is used. The Golden Set is not taken into account for settlement purposes.
Handicap: The winner of the match in sets. Bets are determined by the cumulative sets won by both teams, applying the given handicap. Bets are void if the regulation number of sets is not completed or modified.
Over/Under: whether more or less than a specified number of sets will be played to determine the winner.
Set Score: The score of the sets at the end of the match. Bets will be void if the regulation number of sets is not completed or modified.
Total points: Total points are similar to handicap and over/under bets. Victory or defeat is determined by the number of points accumulated by both teams and then comparing these points to the handicap and/or over/under given before the match began.
1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set winner: The winner of the corresponding set.
1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set handicap: the winner of the corresponding set, taking into account the given point handicap.
Over/under of the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set: whether the sum of the points scored by both teams in the corresponding set will be higher or lower than a certain number.
Even/odd match, 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set even/odd: whether the sum of the points scored by both teams in the corresponding match/set will be an even or odd number.
Winning margin of the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set: by how many points a given team will win the corresponding set.
1st/2nd/3rd/4th/5th set, exact result: the correct result in points for the corresponding set.
Live betting by points: Bets are offered on the team that will win the designated point. If the point is not played because the set has ended, all bets on that point will be void.
Current/next set leader after X points: if the number of points indicated in the specified set is not reached, the team that wins the set will be declared the winner.
Total team points: whether the points scored in the match by a relevant team will be higher or lower than a specified number.
Overall winner: the winner of the competition in question. Bets will be settled according to the final position in the league, after the playoffs (if played), unless otherwise stated.
Group winner: Bets are settled according to the final position in the group.

40. Water polo

If the match is suspended before the end of regulation time, all bets will be considered void and the odds will be set at 1.00.

41. eSports:

41.1 Any two-way market (match/map/game) will be void in the event of a tie.

41.2 All bets identified as late according to the start times on the relevant official website. If an event starts but is not completed, undetermined markets will be considered void.

41.3 In the event of a victory by disqualification of an opponent, bets on the winner of the match will be settled according to the result. For handicap, over/under, and all special betting markets, the entire match must be played for bets to be valid if they have not yet been determined.

41.4 In the event that a team changes its roster but continues to play under the same name, bets will stand.

41.5 In the event that a team changes its name but retains the same roster (players/coach), bets will be valid. Any non-live bets placed after the official start time will be considered void.

41.6 If a player/team name is misspelled, all bets will be valid, unless it is obvious that it is the wrong player/team.

41.7 Markets

Full-time winner: Predict which player/team will win the match (map/round if specified in the title). If a match, game, or map starts but is not completed, all bets will be void. An exception is made when a player is disqualified, in which case the player/team awarded the victory according to an official competition source will be considered the winner. If the number of rounds/maps scheduled is changed, bets on the winner will remain valid.
Spread and over/under in full time: the spread is a way of making the odds more competitive by giving the underdog an advantage. Spread markets are determined based on the league in which they are played. In Starcraft and Dota they are maps, in Counter Strike they are rounds, etc. Settlement is based on the final result (maps/rounds won by each team) to which the given handicap (spread) is added.
Over/under, or total bets, is a prediction of whether more or fewer matches/maps/rounds than indicated will be needed to decide the winner. If the match is not completed for any reason or the scheduled number of maps/rounds is changed after this market has been offered, bets on the margin and over/under will be void.
Live: If a match is replayed due to a tie or disconnection, all bets will be void. The replayed match will be considered a separate live event.

42. Final Provisions

42.1 All bets are governed exclusively by the Betting Rules described herein, together with the SIETE General Terms and Conditions.

42.2 In the event of any discrepancy between the information displayed on the website, the platform, or any promotional material and these rules, the Betting Rules shall always prevail.

43. Official Sources and Final Authority

43.1 All markets will be settled using official sources, authorized statistical providers or, failing that, SIETE's internal criteria when no conclusive information is available.

43.2 SIETE reserves the right to:

Correct obvious errors.

Re-settle markets.

Adjust balances when necessary to reflect a correct settlement.

44. Technical and human errors

44.1. SIETE assumes no responsibility for:

Technical failures.
Human errors.
System errors.
Service interruptions.

44.2. In the event of obvious errors affecting odds, markets, or results, SIETE reserves the right to void the affected bets, regardless of the outcome.

45. Integrity, fraud, and manipulation

50. Registration

50.1. Only registered Users may make use of SIETE Promotions. To register, the User must complete the registration form accurately and in full.

50.2. Registration and betting are only permitted for persons over the age of 18 (or the legal age of majority in the country from which the user registers their account and places bets). 51.4. SIETE reserves the right to remove the chat room feature or immediately cancel the respective Player Account if there is suspicion of non-compliance with any of the above provisions related to the chat service.

51.5. The chats available in Live Casino are managed directly by the providers of such services, so if a provider decides to remove the chat function for a User, this decision is beyond the control of SIETE, who will not be able to do anything about it.

52. Currency

52.1. Currently, users can place bets in the following currencies: CLP, USD, USDT. SIETE reserves the right to block any transaction made in the currencies indicated. 53. Promotions and Bonuses

53.4. The rollover number for a Bonus or Promotion means the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered or played before it can be released. 54.2. To make any transaction, the name of the debit/credit card or bank account holder must match exactly the name of the owner of the corresponding SIETE account. SIETE reserves the right to cancel all transactions and return the amount of bets made with another person's card or bank account.

54.3. For reasons of compliance with anti-money laundering policies, any amount deposited in SIETE will be subject to a rollover of 1. This means that the user must play at least once the amount deposited before being able to make a withdrawal.

55. Money deposited into the account

55.1. If funds are mistakenly transferred to a User, the User agrees to notify SIETE immediately. Any winnings arising from such an error will be considered invalid and such bets will be refundable, regardless of the time elapsed between the error occurring and it being noticed.

55.2. In order to prevent any activity related to money laundering, SIETE requires that all money deposited into the User's account be used to play on the platform. This means that it will not be possible to deposit and withdraw money without first having bet it.

56. Maximum amounts

56.1. The minimum individual bet on any event is one thousand pesos (1,000 Chilean pesos) or the equivalent amount according to the currency of the player's account. The minimum bet on a Multiple or System bet is one thousand pesos or the equivalent amount according to the currency of the player's account. Unless otherwise stated , only one bet per sporting event or match is allowed.

56.2. The maximum coefficient for multiple bets is 1000 (one thousand Chilean pesos). If the coefficient exceeds this amount, it will be calculated with a coefficient of 1000. In such cases, the sum of the winnings must not exceed the maximum payout for a single bet. The maximum coefficient for winnings for each version of the system is 1000. Variants of systems in which the coefficient of winnings exceeds the maximum are calculated with a coefficient of 1000.

56.3. The maximum bet amount for a given event depends on both the sport and the event in question and will be defined by the bookmaker network for each event. This amount is subject to change without prior notice. SEVEN may modify the maximum bets for individual events, add restrictions, or remove others (both in general and for a particular player).

56.4. The maximum amounts apply to both individual Users and syndicated groups of players acting as a collective unit. They shall be deemed to be acting as a collective unit when they have placed two or more bets containing the same match selections, as well as when they have placed a series of bets, in a different range of probability markets, over several days using the accounts of several players and/or through different betting channels. 57. Payments/Withdrawals

57.1. Payments are processed within 72 hours of the request being made. Before the first payment is made to the User, they must attach an electronic copy of their passport to confirm their identity. 57.2. Before making the payment, SIETE will verify the correlation of the data provided (first name, last name, date of birth, ID, bank details, etc.). In the event of any discrepancy in the data provided by the User, SIETE reserves the right to withhold all of the User's bets and refuse to pay the winnings obtained, unless the User proves the accuracy of the data.

57.3. If the same User opens multiple accounts, SIETE reserves the right to refuse to pay out winnings to those accounts. However, SIETE will always return the amounts legitimately transferred to the SIETE account, after applying a penalty equivalent to 10% of the total deposited.

57.4. When the User requests a cash withdrawal for the first time, they must enter their identity document details exactly as they appear on the official document in the language of the country that issued it (or in the case of foreign passports, in English).

57.5. Payments are made ONLY to the name of the owner of the corresponding account.

57.6. The user agrees to provide SIETE with all necessary information about the bank account from which bets will be placed, so that SIETE can transfer the winnings there.

57.7. SIETE is not responsible for changes in the amount of payments related to currency fluctuations (exchange rate).

If the User requests a withdrawal for an amount greater than or equal to 1 million Chilean pesos (or its equivalent in another currency according to the interbank rate), SIETE will pay a commission on the transfer and subsequent withdrawal operations in the indicated calendar month. 57.9. SIETE reserves the right to pay withdrawals through the payment method of its choice.

57.10. If SIETE perceives that a User deposits and withdraws money from their account without placing bets, the respective procedures to combat fraud and money laundering by players will be activated. In addition, all costs associated with such movements will be charged.

57.11. The User may withdraw any amount up to the balance available in their SIETE Account, through the "Withdraw" option available on the Website.

57.12. Due to company policy, within a period of twenty-four hours, the User may withdraw a maximum amount of 5,000,000 CLP or its equivalent in another currency, unless a higher amount has been previously agreed upon between the User and the company, which must be recorded in a written document signed by both parties.

59. Powers of the SIETE Risk Prevention Team.

The SIETE Risk Prevention Team reserves the right to unilaterally make any of the following determinations:

59.1. To refuse to open a User Account, without having to justify the reasons.

59.2. Suspend or close a User Account for any breach or suspected breach of the Terms and Conditions of Service, or for any other valid reason.

When a User Account is permanently closed, the available balance will be paid in a timely manner and within no more than 10 business days, unless there is a reason for such funds to be retained.

However, the payment limitations contained in 57.12 of these General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

59.3. Close a User Account and retain the funds contained therein, in the event that the User is unable to verify their personal identity.

59.4. Block or close a User Account when a User attempts to open multiple accounts. If there are funds in the other open accounts, they will be transferred to the first account, deducting 10% for administrative transfer expenses.

59.5. Temporarily or permanently close a user account, deducting all profits obtained maliciously/fraudulently, if it is proven that the user used fraudulent strategies. In such cases, SIETE will also issue a written warning to the player.

"Fraudulent Strategies" shall be understood to mean any strategies involving:

a. Taking advantage of software errors;

c. Taking advantage of contradictory bets during the same event;

d. Behaviors identified as "Arbitrage Betting," which consists of seeking situations in which the odds of different bookmakers for the same sporting event present discrepancies significant enough to guarantee a profit regardless of the final outcome of the event.

e. Seeking a guaranteed profit through multiple bets shortly before the end of the match in question.

f. Seeking a guaranteed profit by placing multiple bets on the same outcome.

h. Generating unusual increases in winnings through the purchase and misuse of bonuses.

k. 59.7. Block or close any account if it is determined that there is more than one account registered per person.

59.8. Share a User's personal and payment information, in accordance with the Privacy Policies, for the purpose of confirming their identity.

59.9. Permanently close a User Account if it is suspected that the platform is being used in any way other than for its intended purpose.

59.10. Suspend payment or permanently close a User Account if there is suspicion of involvement in fraudulent and/or abusive activities.

In the event of such suspicions, an internal investigation will be initiated, which in no case may last more than 30 calendar days. SIETE reserves the right to retain the user's funds during the investigation.

59.11. Reject, cancel, or limit any bet or game for any reason, in accordance with SIETE's internal policies and regulations.

59.12. To cancel a bet in whole or in part if any of the following conditions apply:

A. The User, or persons directly or indirectly related to the User, may influence the outcome of an event;

B. The User, or persons directly or indirectly related to the User, may have knowledge that influences the outcome of an event;

C. The outcome of an event has been directly or indirectly affected by criminal activities;

D. There has been a significant change in the odds, for example, due to a public announcement in relation to an event;

59.13. Suspend payment or permanently close a User Account if the User is suspected of being involved in illegal or fraudulent activities related to their use of the Site (or third-party use of the Site) or is involved in any other behavior that is detrimental to the Site.

59.14. Suspend payment or permanently close a User Account if the User is suspected of abusing the intent of the game or promotion.

Some examples of abusive behavior (not exhaustive) are as follows:

A. Software-assisted play in multiple games to generate more rounds of a game than could naturally be played by a human player alone.
