8. Abuso:
Se prohíbe multi-cuentas, colusión, estrategias de bajo riesgo o arbitraje. SIETE podrá revocar beneficios o suspender cuentas.
SIETE podrá suspender, limitar, revocar o excluir a cualquier usuario del nivel Emperador u otro nivel del Club Siete, incluso si alcanzó el nivel requerido por XP, cuando detecte conductas indebidas como abuso de promociones o bonos, arbitraje promocional, patrones de juego contrarios al objetivo del programa, fraude, colusión, multi-cuentas o cualquier práctica que afecte la integridad, sostenibilidad o correcto funcionamiento del Programa de Fidelidad. En estos casos, SIETE podrá retirar total o parcialmente los beneficios, reasignar el nivel del usuario o excluirlo definitivamente del programa.

9. Modificaciones:
SIETE podrá modificar el Programa notificando con 15 días de anticipación.

10. Legislación:
Se rige por la legislación de Chile y se adapta a sus cambios regulatorios.

11. Cancelación de Bonos por Retiro:
Todo bono, beneficio promocional o saldo promocional otorgado en el marco del Club Siete estará sujeto a permanencia en la cuenta del Usuario mientras exista un saldo promocional activo. En caso de que el Usuario solicite o realice un retiro de fondos desde su cuenta mientras mantenga un bono, beneficio promocional o saldo promocional activo, dicho bono, junto con cualquier beneficio promocional asociado que no haya sido liberado conforme a sus condiciones específicas, será cancelado automáticamente y removido de la cuenta del Usuario, salvo que las condiciones particulares de la promoción indiquen expresamente lo contrario.

12. Aplicación de Términos y Condiciones Generales:
Todos los bonos, promociones, beneficios, recompensas y ventajas otorgados en el marco del Club Siete se encuentran sujetos a los presentes Términos y Condiciones, así como a los Términos y Condiciones Generales de SIETE y a las condiciones particulares de cada promoción cuando corresponda. En caso de discrepancia, prevalecerán las disposiciones de los Términos y Condiciones Generales y de la promoción específica aplicable.
